HRC Baked Potato

I learned this while working at Hard Rock Cafe in Austin, TX.
Crispy skin, light fluffy interior, great texture and taste!
These potatoes will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:

   Potatoes

   Olive Oil

   Salt

Wash your potatoes! Poke them several times with the fork, cover in olive oil. (I use a bowl, and sorta toss them around.) Cover with salt. Bake or microwave as usual.

Note about salt:

Depending on my mood, sometimes I use table salt, sometimes I use sea salt, and sometimes I use kosher salt. You don’t want to drench it, or cover it like a breading for deep frying, but rather a sprinkle that goes on all sides. You will get the hang of it after a few tries. I personally have the best luck with table salt, lightly sprinkled
