Fried Zucchini

As an Appetizer, these never quite make it to the table....

Slice the zucchini, dip in egg wash with salt and pepper, then dip in flour, fry, in a pan with a little oil. be sure to flip and do both sides.

​

A little salt when done, and a little cooling time.  These disappear fast!
