Chicken and Dumplings

2-3 Chicken breasts 

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 and 1/2 boxes (+ or - some, for thickness) unsalted Chicken Broth 

1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning 

1 LB Frozen Mixed Vegetables 

1 can of Biscuits

Instructions

​

Cube the chicken, and add to a wide and deep pot. Cook until done. 

Add Soup, and Broth. Heat to boil, then add Seasoning and Vegetables 

Bring back to slow boil. 

 

Smash each biscuit flat until like a pancake, cut in strips as wide as your thumb, cut each strip in half to make them shorter. 

Add individually to the pot, while stirring.

Serves 5-6
